vilago sign-in

This is where vilago signs in to the services its agents use, on behalf of the people it serves. Services read vilago's client document at /oauth/client.json, and send a sign-in's code to /oauth/cb, which shows it for pasting into vilago's Setup.

Nothing here keeps or sends anything. There are no accounts on this site.
